Public-health surveillance, anti-trafficking protection and disaster response all require cooperation that continues after a headline fades.nnGlobal Talks will examine whether a policy has funding, clear responsibility and a way to measure results. We will avoid presenting announcements as achievements until evidence shows that communities are safer or better served.nn Public-interest reporting will ask who has access to protection, how a programme is funded and whether survivors or affected residents can obtain help.
